Orbyss' art looks terrific in Jeff Wamsley's excellent unbiased work. Featured on the back cover (in color, as seen on the right) and in three separate places inside the book, Orbyss' Volucris renderings catch quite a bit of attention.
The author first became interested in Orbyss' art when she offered to submit it to the "Viewer Art" gallery on his page, MothmanLives.com. He told her he would like to display her art in the book he was working on, his second about the Mothman. Orbyss obviously accepted, eager to see her work in a publication by such a respected author on the subject.
